“AI Agent”: The specific instance of an AI receptionist created and managed through the AI Platform.
“AI-Generated Content”: Any content generated by the AI Platform in response to user input or interaction.
3. User Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
4. Description of Services
Hello Voice AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that includes:
- Automated call answering, 24/7.
- Human-like conversational responses.
- Outbound call capabilities (appointment reminders, follow-ups, etc.).
- Appointment scheduling, call routing, and text messaging functionality.
- Multilingual support.
- Administrative portal with call logs, transcripts, and analytics.
5. Account Registration and Management
Users must create an Account to access most features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your Account. Hello Voice AI may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
6. Platform Role and User Responsibility
Hello Voice AI is a technology platform provider enabling AI-assisted calling functionality. Users are solely responsible for:
- The content and purpose of each call.
- Compliance with applicable laws (including telemarketing and privacy laws).
- Obtaining consent from call recipients.
- Monitoring the frequency and timing of outbound calls.
Users agree to indemnify Hello Voice AI for any claims resulting from misuse of the platform or failure to comply with regulations.
7. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use the Service to:
- Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Transmit spam or malicious software.
- Impersonate others or mislead recipients.
- Interfere with Service functionality or make emergency calls.
Hello Voice AI reserves the right to restrict use or terminate accounts to prevent misuse.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Hello Voice AI reserves the right to remove violative content and suspend accounts as needed.
9. Compliance Requirements
Users must only call parties who have given prior express consent or with whom a business relationship exists. Caller ID information must be accurate on every outbound call.
Hello Voice AI may cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected unlawful use.
10. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per the pricing described on our website. Fees renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing arrangements with advance notice.
11. Usage Fees and Billing Policy
In addition to subscription fees, users may incur per-minute usage charges outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
12. Free Trial and Cancellation Policy
Free trials, when offered, convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Subscription cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard.
13. Refund Policy

26. Representations and Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Hello Voice AI disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
27. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
28. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
29. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
